Rather than focusing on “fixing” what’s wrong, we begin by exploring your desires - the vision of who you want to be and how you want to feel - and work with what’s standing in the way.

  • Breath, sound, and movement practices that gently release stress and reconnect you to sensation, aliveness, and pleasure

It bridges ancient traditions with modern science, drawing from Tantra and Taoism, alongside trauma-informed, evidence-based practices from psychology and neuroscience. Transformation is most potent when it honours both spirit and science.

For years, I lived in a body that trauma had disconnected me from. I was unaware of its needs or desires, unsure it even belonged to me. Coming home to my body changed everything - how I create, love, and move through the world.
