Sexy, magnetic, juicy, playful, alive…
It’s your birthright to fully embody your sensuality. To feel at home in your body. To feel exquisite pleasure.
Consider this your invitation to reclaim all of it.
An online group journey held in intimate sisterhood
effervescence noun
The process of bubbling or fizzing, as found in sparkling water or champagne
A state of liveliness, vitality; an inner quality of being alive and active
Effervescence is what arises when pleasure becomes a relationship - something you tend to over time.
It’s learning how to meet your body where it is, how to stay present with sensation, to get so deeply intimate with yourself.
The Journey of Effervescence
Reclaim
Rewriting the patterning that shapes your sexuality
None of us come to sex neutral.
We carry:
beliefs from family, religion, and culture
messages about what’s allowed, expected, or shameful
imprints from past sexual experiences, both subtle and overt
In Effervescence, we work with the stories, beliefs, and internalized rules that shape your sexual experience, often without being consciously aware of them.
This isn’t about blaming the past, it’s about recognizing that sexual patterning can be rewritten, gently and safely.
Pleasure becomes possible when the nervous system no longer needs to protect against it.
Return
Making peace with your body (maybe even falling madly in love with it)
Effervescence creates space to explore:
how body shame, judgment, or disconnection interfere with sexual openness
how to relate to your body with neutrality, respect, care, maybe even love
how acceptance (not forcing confidence) opens the door to erotic presence
This is about coming back into relationship with your body as a place you can inhabit and trust.
Reawaken
Restoring your capacity to feel and come alive
Numbness, overwhelm, disconnection, or “I don’t feel much” are adaptive responses.
This work focuses on:
rebuilding trust with sensation (all of it, not just “good” sensation)
learning how breath, sound, movement, and presence restore aliveness in the body
practicing being with what is, instead of overriding or fixing it
Through simple, repeatable somatic practices, the body relearns that sensation is safe and sometimes even pleasurable and orgasmic!
The Effervescence ETHOS
This is trauma-informed, somatic, body-led work.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. And what matters most is your sense of safety in your body.
You are always in choice - how deeply you engage, what you participate in, when you pause, and when you open.
We work with the nervous system, honouring the protective responses that once made sense and no longer need to run the show.
This isn’t about peak experiences or pushing edges for the sake of transformation.
It’s about integration - bringing aliveness, responsiveness, and erotic presence into your real life, at your own pace.
Pleasure grows from trust, consent, attunement, and a growing sense of inner safety - not performance or getting it “right”.
This is for your if…
You want to feel more alive, more responsive, more turned on by life, not just by sex
You feel disconnected, numb, or flat in your sexuality and you’re tired of pretending it doesn’t matter
You want to explore your sexuality as a relationship with yourself, whether you’re currently partnered or not
You want to make peace with your body after a lifelong battle
You struggle to stay present in your body during intimacy and often disappear into your head
You know there’s more available to you sexually, but you don’t know how to access it
Sex (solo or partnered) feels mechanical, effortful, inconsistent, or hit-or-miss
You feel frustrated that pleasure seems to require so much effort - or that it only shows up rarely or by accident
You suspect body shame, self-judgment, or disconnection is limiting how open you can be sexually
You’re longing for pleasure that feels natural, embodied, and sustainable, not dependent on fantasy, alcohol, or perfect conditions
You want to feel at home in your body again, or maybe for the first time
You’re tired of feeling like something is wrong with you
This may not be for your if…
You are currently navigating unaddressed or acute trauma and would benefit from dedicated trauma support first
You’re unwilling to engage in discussions of sexuality, pleasure, or erotic energy
You’re unwilling to make time for regular practices between sessions
You prefer insight and understanding without embodied or somatic practice
ABOUT DAVINA
I am a women’s embodiment photographer and VITA™-certified Sex, Love & Relationships Coach with a Master’s degree in Consciousness, Spirituality & Transpersonal Psychology.
My work is rooted in the belief that when a woman reconnects with her body - her sensations, intuition, pleasure - her whole life begins to shift.
I bring a grounded, trauma-informed approach to sexuality and embodiment. Having reclaimed my own body, pleasure, and aliveness after childhood sexual trauma, it is my life’s work to guide women back to their own inner wisdom. My work weaves somatic practice, transpersonal psychology, Taoist and Tantric tools, and nature-based ritual to support women in reclaiming their sensuality, power, and self-love.
I live in Costa Rica with my partner of 18 years and our two children, where I host in-person retreats and group practices. I am the creator of Wild Radiance Photoshoots, Luminous Life 1:1 coaching, and Effervescence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience with embodiment, sexuality work, or somatics?
Not at all. This program is designed to be accessible, trauma-informed, and body-led. All practices are invitations, not requirements, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace.
What does “trauma-informed” actually mean in this space?
It means nothing is forced.
You’ll be guided to
listen to your body’s yeses and nos
work within your nervous system’s capacity
stay connected to yourself rather than pushing through
There is no pressure to share, perform, or go anywhere you don’t feel ready to go. Safety, consent, and choice are foundational.
How much time will this require each week?
Live calls will be approximately 90 minutes.
Outside of calls, I’ll invite you into embodied practices, journaling prompts, and invitations. These can be anywhere between 15-30 minutes.
Will the calls be recorded?
To maintain privacy and support a safe, embodied group container, live calls will not be recorded.
If you’re unable to attend a call, you’ll receive a written summary and the homeplay/practice invitations so you can stay connected to the journey.
